There should be some way to preview them on the fly. Sorta like what Jul does with its ?scheme=x parameter.

This would make it easier to choose your favorite one.

So does ABXD, and it also has preview pictures to click instead of that nasty listbox.

Maybe Kawa can fix it for here.

I'm thinking, maybe combine both into a pop-up bubble that displays a sample loading the theme directly for preview?

Precisely what you said, really. Click "preview" and a lightbox pops up with the blog in question, but with that theme. And the box has a link to apply that theme right next to Close.
