@GreyMaria: Vegan. No amount of anything tasty and wonderful can make that shit properly edible.

We sampled some magnificently meat-flavored veggiesausage patties at Costco about a week back.

Those damn granolaheads somehow made something that tastes like delicious meat.
What I don't understand about veganism is that... If they're 'not allowed' to eat meat... Why create a meat-flavored substitute?

Seems a take hypocritical to me. >_><_<

It's for the "converts". <_<
I don't buy that line of shit.

@gywall: Why do those assheads not realize that the only reason we propogate the animals we eat is because we eat them!? If we didn't eat beef, chicken, pork, etc then pigs, chickens and bovine wouldn't have their populations in the billions like they do. If they were being raised to be slaughtered, they would suffer more than if we let them alone the way things stand now.

I think that Gywall quote is a bit wrong at the end there, but who knows, I'm tired as fuck.

My brother switched to vegan because of all the shit that's done to animals (He's now a vegetarian, but that's still pretty good after about ten years).

Also, it being FLAVORED like meat doesn't make it meat. I'm not sure I understand your confusion on the subject. I'm not a vegan nor a vegetarian (though I don't eat much meat), but I at least understand the concept.

On topic?

I had some macaroni and cheese and an egg roll. I think that was a pretty good lunch.

Note to self: Cinnamon doesn't really work very well in scrambled eggs. :P

I went grocery shopping today.

I decided to make roast pork lunch meat sandwiches with provolone cheese and mayonnaise.

Indeed, the reason I put the cinnamon in the eggs was because I had had cinnamon toast (not of the cereal variety) and scrambled eggs the other day, but didn't feel like making toast. :P

Bacon. BACON. BAAACOOOON.

I was freaking tired though so when my parents came down and woke me up (had to sleep on the couch) with their food cooking, I slept through the bacon smell. It was painful. I got up later and ate it though, they left some for me :D. Eggs too, but the eggs were gross.

I find that cinnamon toast is only good if there's at least some sugar mixed in, and is stuck to the toast with loads of melted butter. Delicious.

Breakfast was an omelet and a cup of coffee. Not sure what to have for lunch... there's several restaurants I've been wanting to try out with a few friends. Oh, wait! I did get those freezer pizzas from the grocery store. Sounds alright.

I'm about five hours behind server time, interesting.

I just ate chips and salsa. At 3:12. Oh, the salsa was expired too.

Basically, my brother works at a grocery store. They were gonna throw it out and he was like "this is the expensive stuff, I'll take that shit" and he got it all for like a dollar. So we had 3 tubs of expensive high grade (but expired) salsa. I just finished the last of it cause Jeff seemed to never ever eat it.

It hasn't bothered my stomach YET and I've been eating it all week!

Fun fact: Expiry dates are mostly guidelines.

As for my food.. Bacon sandwich.

I decided to make a few lunch meat sandwiches, roast pork and peppered turkey. I also had potato salad and Nutri-grain bars.

Yeah... I had a gallon of milk a few weeks ago that went chunky about a week before the jug said it should have. I was a sad panda because I lost a bow of generic Honey Comb.

They actually did make me feel sick but nothing horrible. I woke up this morning feeling kinda nautious and I ended up not eating anything till 2, and even then it was just a hot pocket and a toaster pastry, cause I felt hungry but full at the same time. I hate that feeling.

Dinner was some potato chips and a delicious homemade sandwich. I'm not overly full, but I can't take one more bite. It was absolutely scrumptious. I ended the meal with a glass of mango juice. God, that stuff tastes good!

That is the mushroom and Swiss steak burger with fries from the restaurant attached to the travel store where I work. The condiments were mayonnaise and ketchup, and the toppings (not pictured) lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle I ate the pickles by themselves.

While I'm not a fan of mushrooms, I can't complain about the burger since it was given to me since Fluffy (the cook) fucked up on someone's order and made it by mistake, and gave it to me a gratis. Beggars can't be choosers.

Cream puffs.

Can't you agree with me that they're the best?
