I usually go to something like amazon. Because its cheaper to import the game here than to buy it here. (50-60$ for imported game while 70$ locally here)
This sucks because I don't have that much money to buy all these new games, so I either go to the flea market to buy games from other previous gen consoles (like GCN and GBA) I only have a few wii games because of that. (but I now got a backup loader so I can play all the wii games now, with the exception of buying certaing games I like) |

For PC games: Steam, if it's there, otherwise digital download from the game's website. I haven't gotten a physical copy of a PC game in years.
For console/handheld games... well, I don't really play those anymore, but generally the local Target/Wal-Mart/whatever, previously. |
