Posted by NicolePosted by GreyMaria It actually works surprisingly well as a taste combination. I mean, it's not for everyone, but it's not blatantly wrong like, say, chocolate sauce would have been. |

Posted by GreyMariaI know people that use pickle relish as an ingredient in their chili. It's not that absurd of a combination.Posted by NicolePosted by GreyMaria |

So I was in a restaurant. More specifically, in a steakhouse. Since I had no idea what to order, I looked around and took the Hohenzollern plate, without knowing what I would get. When my order arrived, I was kind of surprised.
I received a frying pan chock full with beef, pork, sausage, vegetables of all kinds, potatoes, etc. I looked at it and thought "how the heck am I going to eat all that?" Well, I did manage to eat half the food. So that is something. |

♥2784 ✿4488 ★15 A chicken breast in a store-bought herb-garlic marinade and a salad.
It was pretty good, though nothing thrilling. |

Today I decided to go completely boring with a TV Dinner. How exciting, right? |

Posted by Rydia Define the word exciting about TV dinners and maybe I'll agree. #_# Half cooked/frozen meals isn't always thrilling especially if your job provides them free of charge. All jokes aside I just got back home, so now I am in a 86 degree house and cooking. :/ Don't know what I'll have. |

Unfortunately, a lot of people rely on these "ready meals". Sure, they're easier if you don't have a lot of time. However, they're never as nice as something prepared and cooked from scratch.
As for what I ate.. Some warmed up pizza leftovers from earlier. The world could always use more heroes! |

Posted by Gywall LOL yeah I understand what your saying man. Heck if I didnt have to cook everyday for my mother I would be happy to eat a boxed meal or sandwich/soup/salad. Funny as many people I have talked to over the past 3 years on the road most of em say they don't know how to cook. Best reason: is their mother or father never taught them how to cook. :/ Cooked 2 lemon pepper chicken thighs steamed carrots baked potatoe and moonshine for nerves from soon to be dead tech-microsott "pros". |

♥2816 ✿4488 ★15 Lunch today is a sandwich of ground beef (seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and a dash of curry powder and Worcestershire sauce), onions, cheese, and lettuce on Ciabatta bread, with a kosher dill pickle on the side.
It seems to be pretty good, but the sandwich has trouble staying together (ground beef isn't the best choice for this, it's just really easy to cook ) |

♥2866 ✿4488 ★15 When I was in high school in the summer I often went to a local deli and ordered a sandwich on a sub roll with grilled chicken, mayonnaise, and lettuce. Today I decided to recreate it- I actually managed to get pretty close to my memory and it was really good, too. |
