I'm playing Injustice Gods Among Us, the Ultimate Edition. This is one cool fighting game, I'm 78% done with the story mode.

I'm continuing PvZ2... Oh boy this game is hard. Insane (and not) challenges required to continue the game... right. >_>

While it's harder than the first game, it's not microtransation hell as the infamous EA tradition is known to have.

Also, after almost two years, it still bugs me out how they could fire George Fan.

I've been playing some more into Saints Row 2. Just started digging into some of the gang missions after finding myself some cars, helicopters and even weapons.

I've mentioned this before, but I've tried to make a single run Playthough of Wario Land today.

It failed miserably after hitting an obscure bug I didn't know before - where I get stuck after charging at the side of a huge block while underwater, forcing me to reset the game and delete the recording. Nice...

Is that the original GB one?
I can't say I ever encountered that bug personally.. but I do know a possible workaround using the debug menu.. >_>

I could have used the debug menu to escape, but that wouldn't look good on a video where I don't want to cheat.

I just recorded my Let's Play of SMB2!

Seven videos, and a little under two hours. I'll be editing it over the next couple days.

Anyway, now that I need to restart my run from scratch, would it be better a normal playthough, a 100% playthrough or a "Boom-plus.lua" "playthrough"? :P

Alternatively, rather than wait for 'time up' - set the time to 001 so it Time Ups for you to continue.

You must be frustrated having to restart from scratch, so why not have some fun with that Lua script? :P

Heh, previous experience with that lead to all sorts of fun, like random blocks scattered around, keys appearing out of nowhere, the autoscroll turning on, and many crashes, made worse by the fact VBA closes the ROM after a crash instead of returning it as NOP.

Good thing Ctrl-F1 restores the ROM and Boom-plus.lua really helps here with its autorewind working even if the ROM has been closed.

EDIT: I've tried to recreate the bug, but it didn't work this time. Ugh, why?

So I've been playing the streetpass games on the 3DS. I did notice a bug with the Streetpass Quest. I encountered an enemy protected by a yellow shield. I didn't break it, but the shield just vanished!

Saves me finding someone who uses a Yellow Mii randomly. :D

That's kinda dull I find if you play it alone. (Which is my only option now anyway)

Why can't I stay playing an iPad game for too long without changing to another?

In this case, it's abot having fun with the debug mode on Sonic 2 iOs.

Also, slightly unrelated, this.

I started up my Wii U copy of Zelda: Link to the Past since I upgraded from the Wii mode copy I have since they finally released it without needing Wii mode's shitty sandbox.

I also played a bit of Dr Luigi in order to keep the Wii U on long enough to use the USB port to charge my phone. Why I didn't use the laptop, I couldn't begin to explain. Maybe because I was intent on editing SMB2, but I can't be assed to do it tonight.

Speaking of... I need to edit those soon because I don't have anything on my scheduled upload queue and I really need to avoid a schedule slip. I told myself I would update daily until I finished my redo series up until my RPGs hit the "NEXT TO DO" on my list. I GUESS THAT'S NOT HAPPENING!

Slighlty related question, do you like better the virus design of Dr.Mario or Dr. Luigi? :P

It's alright. It has a classic Dr Mario mode and a new, really fucking easy mode that throws your pills in an L shape. The pill shape will always have the long side be all the same color, which entirely breaks needing to strategically place pills.

The night I bought it, I played it to level 99 (2) (The levels stop numbering at 99, and I wanted to see if the counter would roll over to triple digits, it didn't).

Th newest version of Dr Mario I've played was Tetris & Dr Mario for SNES, and I didn't care for it because the music sucked. I don't remember the virus design from it, so my only frame of reference is the NES version.

As for comparing the virus design between the two, they're both fine. I don't prefer one over the other because I don't pay much attention to anything on screen outside of the play area.

Not as related question:

And about the Dr. Wario virus designs? :P (did you ever get a chance to play it)
