Not sure what you're doing with Edge, but he usually hits in the 5000-7000 range for me, and note that he attacks about 2x faster than everyone else. The only throw I've ever had him do was the kitchen knife, never bothered with throwing anything else that does less damage than his basic attacks.

Posted by Rydia You mean Plague? Berserk Cecil, Edge and Kain. Rosa using Aim or auto attack, Rydia casting Flare is the easiest way to beat him. Don't worry about trying to heal or slow the haste he casts on you after doom. Just max damage output. He has 33333 HP, I believe. And you'll get the Holy Lance for killing him...Edge's last katana is in the next level down, and you fight Ogopogo for it (hyper version of Leviathan with 50000 HP). ____________________ Sonnanja, ore no inochi wa toreneena! I have had professional training on rifles and handguns, and also study martial arts. I haven't been to class since I left Japan, but I can use tonfa, sai and nunchuckau. And as a couple here would guess from knowing me for many years (Emuz and Krel), swords. =P It may give them a heart attack, but surprisingly, I would say that I am most proficient without any weapons, but know how to use them if they are available. ____________________ Sonnanja, ore no inochi wa toreneena! Build a ladder and some platforms our of dirt blocks to keep you from falling, then just tear them down when you're done. Always seemed to work well for me. Just woke up...thinking about this 3 mile run I have planned to knock out before the sun comes up. Then it'll be the norm...don't get home from work until around 5pm. Water the plants/lawn, take the wifey out to dinner (that way I don't have to cook or clean), shower, relax and spend a little computer time before bed. Yup. While I'm still COMPLETELY engrossed in brutalizing the minions of the Lord of Terror by the millions, I've got a hankering to start a fresh game of FFVII. Mainly because my old save files from the PS1 memory cards are all non-functioning. =( 999 hours of game time down the drain! Luckily, my PC sits about 2 feet from the router and modem. The 50 foot cable is reserved for the PS3 that sits downstairs in the living room and doesn't get the best wireless reception in its location.
