I haven't done any of the new stuff in 1.1 yet. I restarted in a new world and got a bunch of new shit. Then I was all "LET'S HUNT FOR HELLSTONE" and decided to drink an immunity to lava potion. It doesn't grant immunity to having to breath.

So I haven't really played since then. I'll probably start a new game with a friend though, then I'll fight the Flesh Wall. The dood seems tough though, Hell is very inhospitable for a boss fight.

I actually just recently started playing this again, after YOU got me into it LAST time you made a similar thread. At least I think it was you... Might have been Cirvantes. Nonetheless, fuck yeah I'd be willing to play, it'd give me an excuse to put it onto my new compy.

I'm a Computer Science major at the Georgia College State University, planning to go into interactive media design, maybe a minor in Literature. I don't have a job job, but I'm gonna try to get one at the library. I've worked in Libraries before, so maybe the experience will help me get one

I'm at one of those hippie liberal arts schools where there aren't any majors. We have divisions, though, and I'm in the Comparative Culture one for master's students. On my second year now, gonna turn in my thesis on Tuesday and graduate in March. Then it's (hopefully) onto PhD track at (hopefully) the same school!

Before that, I did 2 years of research in the Sociology department at another university in Japan (Waseda), and before that I got my bachelor's degree in Linguistics in 3 1/2 years at the University in Georgia. One of those years was spent in Tokyo, however.

Yeah, I'm from the Atlanta area as well. More so to the west, in Snellville, but it's only like 15-20 minutes away. My brother actually goes to UGA xD I plan to transfer into Tech, though.

Thanks for all the support, guys. Just an update: They had decided to try to operate on him one more time, and if it wasn't successful, they'd take the tube out of him and let him go. It wasn't successful, so everyone's going to visit him and say their goodbyes.

I'm currently writing a book. I mentioned it in the creativity forum but literally no one gave a shit and read about it. Doesn't matter, I like to write so I will For those who like to read.

That's really my only PROJECT... Unless dumb stuff in Minecraft counts.

It'd give me an excuse to actually play it through entirely for the first time in my life (I HAVE tried though. Many times, all stories for other days). But SMB2 is awesome fun

I've been one of the people sending in letters to my politicians asking them to vote against it. I mean God damn, this shit is insane. But anyways, I know one guy who is/was literally going to sit there for hours upon hours on end and state people's names from a list of people who were against the bill in order to filibuster it. I was on that list

I go to Momo Con every year with some friends of mine. This year, I dunno... I was actually gonna go to Dragon*CON last year, but I may this year cause apparently it was loads of fun. I'll look into it

NOTE: All of these are in Atlanta and considering my situation these days I will most likely not go to any outside of the state, so no, no Comic Con.

Last movie I remember watching was.... huh, actually The Sword in the Stone. Me and my friend sat in her dorm room late at night and watched it. We need to see more Disney movies.

As for NEW movies, last one I remember seeing was Captain America. I actually loved it, and I think Captain America is a giant tool. It might've just been cause the leading lady character was quite attractive. Qqquuuiiiite.

Oh and we tried to watch Thor. That didn't go so well, because my college was showing it in their stadium, and they didn't really put a lot of effort into it. It started over twice and the sound was so fucking loud I couldn't understand what was going on if I was close. But I HAD to be close cause the screen was so fucking tiny. Ah well.

I'm an administrator at a TF2 server. I always did everything in my power to make it a fun place to play at, and listened to all complaints. One of the biggest complaints I got was that we played the same 3 shitty maps over and over again cause the map-vote system was broken, so I made a rule: Nominate these maps (they were only doing it to troll people) and you'd get banned for an hour. Other admins agreed with me, and we'd set it up.

Later that night, I was having a bad night when someone said "Yo, everyone's on the server calling you out, ignoring the rule, and the admins who SAID they'd help you literally refuse to now". So I got on and shouted at them for being assholes which... wasn't my finest moment. To be fair people rage FAR more than me, on TF2 and anywhere, but apparently that's ALL PEOPLE KNOW ME FOR NOW. The admin who rages. Despite only doing it once.



Which only makes me want to rage more. Oh, also, the assholes who were nominating the maps in the first place cut out the explaining of my rant and flat out made me look like an asshole, then uploaded it to Youtube. It makes me wonder how people who'd admit I'm a nice guy who'd always helped out people on the server, would see THAT, and then say "Oh yeah that guy WAS an asshole all along! How did I not know!"

Blue's my favorite, but I don't really wear/use it much... Most of my shirts are black with funny stuff printed on em, the boring kinda short that everyone wears now.

But yeah, always blue. I love purple, but I'm honestly surprised it's liked by so many people here O_o

But anyways I got, like... 32 of em? Not that many, but god knows I'm not listin' then all here. My favorite so far is Dodongo.

I can't wait to bomb him.

I've never been a fan of Touhou, but I probably played the games more than some fans of it. I actually enjoyed em, despite not even LIKING shmups of any kind, bullet hell or otherwise. I mean they're OKAY but I'd rather play other games. Touhou though, they were fun. Not worship worthy, but eh.

I didn't get to see him cause he was up in Maryland, and college is starting. I have to work my ass off this semester or I gotta go to a not-expensive school.

But anyways, he just passed away. They had taken the tube out yesterday, my brother got to see him cause he lived a state away, and he was happy. He was talking and being his usual self. Apparently he passed away comfortable, not in pain, and making dirty jokes. I guess there's that, that makes me happier about the situation. He always was the jokey pervy old guy, with his gynecologist job and all that.

But anyways that's putting an end to this chapter. Thank you everyone for your good thoughts and words, I really appreciate it.

It's raining and incredibly dreary. I forgot my umbrella in my room so I wasn't the HAPPIEST person heading to breakfast and class but eh, I'll live. I gots mah hat, that's my umbrella.
