I'm insulted right now. I'm not leaving this site. I'm here to have fun. But now, I'm very disappointed.
Oh come on, who's not having fun right now? :D

coming up with the guru meditation text was also some real fun

Yes. But why showing me the door?
Because doors contain surprises and you really deserve one.

(I mean, nobody knows what's behind a .jpg image of a door. maybe you can find out!)

i think it belongs in the staff forum
did you mean: in a staff forum

like the trash, for example

(either that, or in a forum for good threads, which, unfortunately, doesn't exist)

It's actually just a facebook group with some browser styles.

Facebook must have truly gotten open in the last few years. Can't believe I lived under a rock for so much time.

I miss the simplistic look on so many websites. Now it's fancy styling, HD Graphical files and tons of scripts you can break by turning cookies off.
...or breaking it even more by turning scripts off.

NoScript is great, the noscript tag is not. I implicitly said what I think of how people use that tag in one of my previous posts here.

I use NoScript, but you have to be really liberal with allowing JS nowadays, which I guess defeats most of the purpose...
Not really. Generally (but not always) you can allow the scripts for the website, and block everything from outside. I don't do this if I rarely access a website.

(I use MBAE as a failsafe in case something horrible happens)

Nowadays it seems that sites have to allow an outside 'CDN' domain just to allow images; and sometimes even that's not enough just to make the text show up...
I don't usually count the cdn subdomains as external. Most of the time they are required to make the website work properly to work anyway.

But other shit which seems shady and looks like it's there just to throw ads or other unwanted crap doesn't get allowed.

Semi-standard blue jeans and gray shirt. In other words, nothing special.

No bright orange jeans this time. >_>

Today, cold and cloudy. Wouldn't be surprised to see rain later.
All of this...

...with the exception that I've already seen the rain, and holy moly. I wish I hadn't for at least today.
