Seems that editpost prints the script tag before page header is printed, triggering quirks mode and breaking the CSS.

(wasn't this fixed already?)

and the second part, that's a minor oops from whoever worked on that. it's not the only one though (try previewing a post which isn't your last one and look at the post number in the sidebar)

It depends.
I've always gone with the convention that you hack ROMs and almost everything else counts as mod (outside of doing things like cracking a game).

lol mid 2015, those were the days

late 2016 was still the best though (SJBL bullshit, kek.php, "Kafukapoly", lots of free time, and tons of related and unrelated hilarity)

that thing was started in late 2016, so it's no wonder it's there :P

(more precise: it was originally from an unreleased boardc version (1.20 I think from at least 1.10, but the text was different) which carried over to jul)

it's set alongside the other guests defaults. (hint: the schemes table shows the ID assignments)

it's not in the config file or in the misc table. I didn't bother to for some reason though I did think of that at some point >_>

I mean, I dunno then.

I double checked to be sure, and they worked immediately out of the box on my localhost testboard (PHP 7.1) and didn't have problems with that on bplaced (first PHP 5.6 and now 7.1).
