I can't remember it to be honest. Standby doesn't appear in the start menu as its own option unlike in 9x, and I sure as hell have no idea where else it could be used.

I just found something like it in Display Properties -> Screen Saver -> Power Options -> Hibernate tab. Not the same, but...
