Karma-RO.
We are running a new low rate server (15x Base and Job EXP, 10x Drops, 1x MVP cards, MVP cards banned from Battlegrounds and WoE). We have been up and running solid for 2 weeks and are have positive reviews on Ratemyserver. We aren't like other low rates though which just run boring vanilla content. we've implemented a new mission zone that rewards you for exploring Rune-Midgarts and its surrounding kingdoms, encouraging you to fight a diversity of different monsters rather than just killing the ones which grant the highest EXP for that patch or whatever. Players who complete missions receive bonus EXP for turning them in as well as Mission Points which can be traded in. We also have an in-progress system for battling Bosses which will be similar to more recent MMOs (think instanced battles that encourage party participation), rather than the vanilla experience provided on most private servers.
The mission zone has roughly 70 missions as the time of writing this.
We are the process of adding new mission sets each week, so that content will not be stagnant.

We have also implemented member accounts which allow users to keep multiple in-game accounts under a single ID. This has several helpful features including shared Kafra Points between all characters as well as a central storage which is shared by all of your characters! No more annoying drop-trading or having to multiclient just to share 1 item!
For players who prefer smashing skulls to killing monsters, we also have a fully functional Battlegrounds with Conquest mode that includes a custom Battle Badges shop that lets BG-ing players rent custom gears rather than farm for them.
With Conquest mode, players can practice for WoE2 playing in daily constant skirmishes that focus on group organization and fast paced action to achieve the battle goals.
We have split off the WoE/BG characters from LR characters in order to allow people to have fun how they choose to play while still being on the same server and not being separated from their friends. You can trade gears to BG characters from your LR account (But not vice versa for BG rental equipment in order to prevent players from giving endgame gear out to their newbie LR chars).
We do not have Harmony or Gameguard, but have our own internal system for blocking WPE and other packet-abusing and hacking programs, which we have fully tested as working against the current versions of all popular hacks. The pro's of this are that we don't have the horrible lag most other servers force on their players due to the ineptitude of their GM staff in using Harmony in the first place.
We are working on adding new content each day, Guild transfer packages are coming for people who can bring groups of 10 or more.
We are an RCX friendly server and fully support it.
