I lost my wallet in Vegas in November. I had to call and report this to several different agencies to prevent identity theft. This is a serious matter.

I never got my wallet back. I had to get my personal information faxed from the state DMV the Vegas Metro PD station, I was able to board the plane but I had to undergo a lot of extra security checks.

so yeah, I lost $900 in vegas not gambling

No one was accusing or assuming anything til you started in this thread. all I said is some people are very nostalgic for a time that they weren't part of. which is true for some of the posters on here. they showed up when the boards were dying/splitting and were never actually here when there was a lot of people talking casually, etc.

i think it would be better to direct our energy towards building a new community, not fighting about getting oldbies back or what was going on.
