Hey guys, I'm a somewhat active member at Kuribo 64 and just found this place. I may not post much but looks like a cool site.

Something like this would be awesome to play on an old CRT TV. Great work!

That's great dude! About how long did this take? I wonder if there are "ink maps" similar to goop maps in Super Mario Sunshine that determine which surfaces can be splatted. Hmm...

I really wish wudr-py would actually make some progress. Replacing your Gamepad with a PC with the potential of dumping the A/V stream and recording button inputs? Holy crap that would be sweet.

Does your application have kernel access? It may be a security thing you're running into. What are you trying to do with this, send data to the gamepad?

Are you trying to send the packets over the LAN using homebrew or simply intercept the Wifi signal between the console and the gamepad? I think this is what wudr-py actually does and it doesn't need any homebrew on the console side but I am not sure. I tried getting it working on Linux but wasn't successful.

This may not be relevant or helpful, but I just got an idea. If you're running an old version of the system software that was released before the heartbleed exploit hysteria, could you run a reverse heartbleed attack on the browser and get a (small) dump from the browser memory space? There is a site that runs an attack to test, but I'm not sure if it lets you download the response payload.

This is the only board in the series I know of that still supports mood avatars. It's a small community but seems like there is always something to talk about.

Very interesting! I used to use Kaillera about 10 years ago to play lots of Super Smash Bros. online with friends I met on YouTube through, ironically enough, Super Mario 64 modding. It's also really surprising that emulation with one emulator can be paused while other emulators are still running and show the last position of your character to the others, similar to how modern online play works.

For me probably custom textures. I enjoy "drawing" (mostly editing) existing textures to make new ones and injecting them into the game ROM, or loading them externally using HD texture features in emulators.
