Might've been your graphics driver that crashed?

Sometimes (hasn't happened for a while now) when I try to type something, on youtube for example, the keyboard doesn't work as it should. Or something. Only some letters appear and it's only a fraction of what I type.

I fell off the couch and smashed my skull off the coffee table when I was 2-3 years old. Now there is a dent in my forehead forever.

Check my Megaman 3 vid on the tube. That's more than just sidebars. It's a fat border all around it. That's one of the reasons I dislike my Dazzle. I don't think it likes to record in 60Hz either.

[What I want to do is just reduce the black on either side of the video, kinda like the way Game Grumps does it with their orange border, yet do it with useful info a la Chuggaaconroy's Pokemon Crystal LP.

I haven't watched those vids you mentioned but I may have realized something when I woke up. You know that the frame on youtube is 16:9, right? Why don't you ask this Chuggaaconroy about it?

It's not the Dazzle, it's Pinnacle studio being a shit capture program. I would use something else, but the audio from the fucking thing doesn't appear in any other camera recording program.

Hmm. I believe I used Sony Vegas Pro 8.0 when I captured that Megaman 3 video. Maybe you could try it too? You'd probably have to crack it since it usually costs money.
