Last year I released a World War II fanfic on 4/20. I didn't have anything special this year though.

I don't really mind the amount of time I spend at school as much as I mind the amount of time just spent waiting. My art class has turned into study hall, and it takes over an hour and a half to get home. Thankfully summer's coming soon, so it won't even matter.

I miss a whole lot of work in physics but it's usually a combination of having no clue whatsoever what I'm doing as well as laziness, and it's fine since I end up with an okay grade anyway.

I bought the Sonic bundle (of which I already had like four games so I was only really buying Sonic 4), RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 and Dust: An Elysian Tail. So far I've mainly been playing the last one. I also bought some friends some games.

Once upon a time there was a CaffieNET channel named #botplace, that had an alternate version way off the network on what would become NoLimitNET, and I just explored the rest of the channels there

(copy of the nesdev forum thread)

Double Action Blaster Guys is the sequel to my contribution to the 2011 compo, Forehead Block Guy.
It's completely rewritten so it's nowhere near as buggy as FHBG was, and I took the opportunity to rewrite it with two simultaneous players in mind, hence pluralizing Guy in the title.

Features:
* Simultaneous two-player support (either player can join in at any time by pressing A+B)
* 32 levels
* Over a dozen enemy types, plus a final boss
* Several types of blocks (not just solid and empty like the original FHBG)
* 4 different level goal types
* Level editor
* Open source

Download (with source)

Now, on to new stuff: I'm working on an expansion to NROM-256 that puts in everything I had to cut for size as well as a bunch of new stuff, including a bunch of 2-player competition modes and things like moving platforms. I'm hoping to have it on this cart if the fact that the original was released in July doesn't get in the way of that.

I always get ESFJ, and almost all my close friends get either something 1 letter away from ESFJ, or something 1 letter away from or exactly INTP, the opposite. I haven't seen any other ESFJ people yet among all the people I've had take the test.

This is an overhead shooter game based on an old shareware Multimedia Fusion game named Ballmaster2 and it's named because you're always sliding, and all you can do is boost towards a new direction or shoot in a direction. There's SNES mouse support if you use real hardware and an adapter or use the latest Nintendulator. Player 2 can join in to help out and there's a simple level editor.

The plot is that you're an Oxiclean detergent ball and the Big City Slider was stolen and it's being used by an evil Billy Mays to make Big City Slider enemies.

It was written for the second NES compo where a very incomplete version took 5th place.
