Today was unexpectedly cold. After constant ~10°C, transitioning to 1°C is fun. Especially when you wear a jacket and canvas shoes.
And it is possible that we get snow tomorrow. If snow has to fall tomorrow, I hope it falls before I wake up. Being stuck at home sucks less than being stuck at university. Not to mention that their heating is going smooth because they have to fix issues with it, like really rusty pipes under the roads. I also hope to not be stuck at home Wednesday, because I'll be having my traffic laws exam. ____________________ Kuribo64 - melonDS want some revolution in your coffee? |

I remember that once I've seen an ad for Twix candies, where one guy was brushing his shoulder with the candy or something weird, and since then I'd think one could brush himself with such a candy. Good thing I never actually tried. ____________________ Kuribo64 - melonDS want some revolution in your coffee? |

Let your mouse over me
This is one potential advantage of HTML, among others. Also ____________________ Kuribo64 - melonDS want some revolution in your coffee? |

Okay, let's just go and nuke one of the great features unique to Acmlmboard for added security. Oh wait, users would find ways to hax the bbcodes. Let's just not allow anything other than plaintext so that we're not running any risk.
Seriously speaking, I'm all for keeping HTML as much open as we can. An Acmlmboard without HTML isn't an Acmlmboard. It's just yet another boring board software. ____________________ Kuribo64 - melonDS want some revolution in your coffee? |

Posted by knuckPosted by Mega-MarioYou clearly know nothing about compilers and parsing. You should really refrain from talking about technical stuff you know nothing about. YOU do not know me enough to say that kind of stuff. I know what I'm talking about. I have been coding for ABXD since a good while now, in case you don't know. Also, I don't want 'full' HTML support. I said 'as much as open as we can', which doesn't mean 'full' but 'keep the most features possible while blocking out dangerous stuff'. Besides, cookie stealing on the AB2 branch is a loss of time unless you know the AES256 key that is used to encrypt them (or atleast that's how it was done on AB2.0a1, it may have changed since then). ____________________ Kuribo64 - melonDS want some revolution in your coffee? |

I caught Toad. Who told me that the princess is in another castle. Damn.
I also got Goomba, Question block, Bowser, Hammer Bro, Bullet Bill, Tardis, Mother Brain, Rinka, Multiviola, Skree, Memu, Melia, Zebbo, Wave Beam, Energy Tank, Dalek and Monkey. (I admit having used backspace to get some of them, though) ____________________ Kuribo64 - melonDS want some revolution in your coffee? |

Oh, I see.
Also, ABXD+ has been discontinued for it turned into an AJAX-abusing piece of shit. ROMHAXOR runs off ABXD 2.2 since a good while now (we never bothered to upgrade further, given how active it is). SMWC has Acmlmboard style, but there's no mention of it being actually based off Acmlmboard. Also it's much more restrictive on bios and layouts... Vizzed was bloated with tons of useless crap, making the software look awful. Despite the author's claims that it was mostly rewritten, it's still pretty much Acmlmboard inside. ZimBoard is a piece of shit based off a really old Acmlmboard version (1.61 or so). They took out any mention of it being Acmlmboard, but it's still Acmlmboard. Passwords are stored in plaintext. The 'security' is done with a shitload of Apache rules. Also the admin crippled the software to help with that, for example new users can only post once per day or so. Removing features is a great way to keep troublecausers out. ____________________ Kuribo64 - melonDS want some revolution in your coffee? |
