A while ago I quite suddenly came up with some fantasies about things for a new Eartworm Jim season. The known advesaries from the past serie are replaced by new ones. I figured a new henchman/pal would be cool too. In the past I noticed multiple cartoons had nerdlike guys with the role of a deskworker/administrator.. I thought both friends and advesaries could be worms now, or the most of them.. Earthworm Jim had a helper wich is related to Jim in looks. It does ware glasses, and wares some kind of suit too, but doesn't act all the same way Jim does. It takes care of different things, like resupply....argh.. have forgotten..

I figured the guy to be known as: Earthworm Earl. In the serie it could also be called by nickname ''Nerdworm Earl''.

About the advesaries: They are also worms with each of them having different abilities and looks. -Just try and fantasise; you could get up with quite some options (I guess). One advesarie could be mech-based, containing multiple worms controlling their large suit together. Having some weapon equipment.. -Some other advesaries, looking different, could live in other circumstances, doing their evil businesses with different intentions..

I am probably forgetting some stuff, but hey, try and figure out yourself what characters would work in a new season (or so). Maybe I post forgotten details later..

Here are OST's from Ecco the Dolphin: Defender of the Future

The links appear broken or something.. If so, go to:

web8.orcaserver.de/ecco/music.dotf/index.php
Then click: Entrapment - Mutaclone, and Process that never ends.

Of course, you can try some more OST's..

Kawa edit: made it work

About last two months Ive been ''trying'' multiple games, rather then completing one game.
On advice of a friend I bought Saints Row 2, three days ago. -Haven't seen much of Saints Row 2 yet, but the feature to change your look is awesome. You can probably make some of the clothes look a way you wouldn't find in real life.

I ve bought multiple cheap games. Before Saints Row 2, three days ago I tried Motorstorm Apocalypse. A while ago I played both Ace Combat 6 and Stoked: Big Air Edition. Earlier I was playing both Nail'd and Sonic Colours.

Stoked: Big Air Edition was, or is quite interresting since its my first snowboarding gametitle. -My friend who adviced me to try Saints Row, told me Saints Row The Third to be less, therefore I bought the second game of the serie.

Ive watched:

On Deadly Ground;
Fire Down Below;
White Noise 2: ...something, and
Avatar.

I never heard about the storyline in Avatar before. At the first minutes of the movie I expected it to be kinda boring, but once I understood what was happening, it was pretty good.

The first half of White Noise 2 was interresting, but watching the second half of it was a dull and confusing experience to me.

On Deadly Ground was pretty interresting to watch;

Watching Fire Down Below made me become agressive when I watched about the second half of it, for some reason..

Last seven days I am playing (,or ''trying'') both Supreme Commander 2 for Xbox360 (xbox exclusive title) and God of War 3 for Playstation 3. (Playstation exclusive title). I tried -and play supreme commander because I wanted a second RTS-game. Before supreme commander, I had just one RTS-title. Halo Wars. Halo wars wasn't bad, but I wanted more.

There are three factions to choose from at Supreme Commander 2. The storyline it has is quite interresting so far. In another gamemode, not the storymode, you can setup all kinds of conditions. -One or two allies, one or two ennemies, allie colour, enemy colour, difficulty of course.. Buildings from different factions look different. -also look different when they get build.. It seemed you could also configure one or more A.I's to be neutral, instead of allie or enemy. Once I tried this setting, the ''neutral appearing'' A.I. attacked my base and stuff anyway.

-I bought God of War 3 because of the storyline and stuff you can use. I kinda wanted to experience the great graphics too.. Man.. there is some serious violent shit in this game sometimes. Well, again there are different weapons and magic. Perhaps some more compared to the second GOW-game..
One thing whats kinda happening is there are quite many medium-sized bosses. I like that fact. -Should be applied in more games. I don't really know what to think about the storyline so far.. I like the fact the third game goes on ''excactly'' where the second game ended. Its interresting anyway, but since the second game ended quite hectic, the beginning of the third game is interresting and different, compared to the first minutes of gameplay in most other games.

''What movies have you seen lately'' -thread, from Nick at the Beta Max Center is not accepting new reply's. Well, it was unwilling to add my reply, that is.. Not sure If this is already told or discussed. I searched the board for something like this for a short while, but couldn't really find the bug I am talking about.. Perhaps something went wrong when logging in? When I logged in today the screen turned white with some stuff of the board and froze. I then logged in again.
Not unimportant either: typing reply was going ok, but when posting the reply, I got the message: ''Thread doesn't excist.''

In last day's newspaper I read many breads are being removed from the supermarkets when not bought the day they were created. I believe the breads get destroyed after removal. Its a shame, because the breads can easely be eaten one day after being created. Of Course breads will get mouldy after a few days, but supermarkets getting rid of breads not bought the day of baking? Comon... By now there excists one foodstore wich sells the one-day-old breads for one-third of their prices, or something.. I doubt the breads are airtight sealed within their plastic bags, but I still eat slices when its from yesterday. -More people do.. The boss from a foodstore said one-day old breads could be given to the Salvation Army. I also made up some possibilities but forgot about them..

Ive been visiting some old games these days:

Rayman 1;
Rayman M;
Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 1;
Rainbow Islands;
Sonic Adventure DX

-Played those on my Windows Millenium Edition desktop..

On console Ive been continuing at:

Alan Wake -at a higher difficulty level;
Resident Evil 5 -finaly progressing..;
Need For Speed Hot Pursuit (3);
Stoked: Big Air Edition;
God Of War III -finished game.;
played one or two sidequests at Ace Combat 6..

Earlier I bought more titles:

I never played a game from The Elder Scrolls serie. I wanted to experience it, so some time ago I would either buy the ''Oblivion'' episode, or buy the Skyrim episode secondhand..
I noticed Oblivion could be bought as one game inside a twopack, together with Bioshock. Since I could have purchased Bioshock earlier, it seemed a good idea to buy the twopack, but the day I was about to buy an Elder Scrolls title, I found Skyrim for sale, second hand. Ive seen great screens from Skyrim, so I decided to buy that one..

Titles I also purchased are:

TRON: Evolution;
Bakugan: Defenders of the Core;
Heavy Rain. -adviced by friend
Just Cause 2 - newest purchased game so far.

-almost forget, I played sidequests at PkMn Black, PkMn White, and PkMn Pearl, for a short while..

I kinda wonder about the consequenses from the discovery at the Barclays bank earlier.. Like, it was about trillions of dollars, right? Will the money be taken from people who shouldn't own it? Perhaps a certain action will be taken wich will reduce the financal crisis? -Or reduces the needed austerities? I don't know much about this stuff though.. Perhaps something's taking place already.. There was told about a great sum of money. If something is gonna happen with such amount of money.. Maybe the money will be divided over banks that can be trusted?

Granted, but your boss from work tells you to spend more time at meetings and deskwork from upcoming week.

I wish my homemate would deplete the boiler less often, so I could shower hot more often.

Last few days I am trying ''F.E.A.R.1'' and Ridge ''Racer 7''.
I was kinda wondering about these two series a week ago..
Ridge Racer seems to be a hard game. When racing against seven A.I. , I often got in 8th place at the end of a race. The last three races went better, with higher finishing positions..
Ridge Racer is a kinda rough racinggame. Drifting and .. something whats called '' drafting'' in another game, seem important. It seems you can partly change the exterior of your machines. Some vinyls can be replaced/removed, others can not.. -And yes, the cars are called ''machines'' in this game. Furthermore the game appears to be like other racinggames..

F.E.A.R. is interresting from time to time. I think this game is best played in some darker envireoment. Things become creepy some times, hence the game's name..
I don't get a sense of fear all of the time while playing. Often there are just handgun battles againts enemy police or something.. The levels aren't bad. At this point it has been all factory and industrial stuff.

In August I bought ''Battle vs Chess''. Since I played chess in the past for a period, I figured I could play this game as well. Well: not..
Altough I have some experience with chess and know the rules, I barely get a thing done. Maybe its just me making too less effort or taking too little time.. The A.I. can be smart as well.
Altough I barely maded progress I have seen interresting things. The game has two storylines where ''white'' ''living'' chesspieces fight ''black'' pieces. When you play the story abnormal circumstances occur. The first storylevel from the black site begins with
the black King and all eight grunts. There aren't any other of the black pieces at this stage. From the enemy position you'l find the white King with two.. ''diagonal'' moving pieces.. The white side also lacks a lot of peaces. -And from here on there will be other stages with other circumstances, I guess. I haven't even finished the first stage..

Furthermore, there are minigames and puzzles, using either chesspieces or other things. The living pieces are quite interresting. Some white and black pieces are partly the same, some are completely different. For example: The white horse wields two normal light axes. The black horse wields two different weapons I don't know the name about..

Some time ago I forgot to mention one quite important game I bought as well.
I also bought ''Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe''.
From time to time I wondered how it would be to play a game using superheroes. At about the same level of interrest, or a little lower, I wondered about Mortal Kombat characters. When it came to interrest for Mortal Kombat, it was a mather of biographics rather than gameplay.
When around in a gamestore, I sometimes stumbled upon Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe. Some time ago I reminded this game excisted as well. -Not just superheroesgame or Mortal Kombat games.. I bought the game, because it combined two things I wanted to know about more.
I ve seen quite alot from both Mortal Kombat characters and DC Universe characters. There where also biographics to read.. I ve played and finished the DC Universe-story the game contains. There are much more attacks to learn, if I would want so..

Edited by BlindJumps -made some spellcorrections

I haven't purchased games to try yet. I stuck with what I owned.

I made progress at the first Borderlands ( I don't own Borderlands 2)
and I made progress on Resident Evil 5.

Ive seen Residents Evil's in-game stats, and they say the game is completed just 17%. I wonder why. I made quite some progress by now. I don't know to much about Resident Evil though.. Got the game two years ago for birthday..

Of Course I have been playing F.E.A.R.1 and Ridge Racer 7 too. Those are my latest products after all.

F.E.A.R. kinda dissapoints me.. Ive sure seen interresting things, but.. why so few times? Most of the time there are just gunfights. Maybe it will get better later.. In the beginning of the game there where abnormal circumstances going on. Like ghosts laughing and saying cryptical things, disappearing or ''teleporting'' away afterwards. -they turned fully black and then breaking apart into black flocks (!) There where flashbacks and temporary playground changes as well. I liked the factory/industrial setting, but later on it hasn't changed. -Mah, it still looks nice, but I would'd mind another setting later on..

Ridge Racer 7 works with different rankings, or classes. Starting with lower performace verhicles of Class 4. Later on you'll find yourself driving with machines of Classes 3, 2 and 1.
You choose for wich companies you race and when doing so, you unlock machineparts to purchase. Sometimes you'll get yourself a new machine (its like a car, really..)
Some of the racetracks are nice, with multiple futuristic tunnels, or old town (townlike) sections. In this game the cars corner very fast. Its very possible to use nitrous while you about to enter a corner. You can't compare Ridge Racer to Forza Motorsport and the likes..

I will probably buy Halo 4 when its released. If I do I won't buy it just to ''try out''. I would play it seriously, just like I did with the other Halo titles.

Between now and twenty days earlier, I have been playing Borderlands as well. In my case I play as the Soldier, and my deployable turret starts to get really powerfull. Medical upgrades get neglected..

Also have been playing some Alan Wake and FUEL;

I was experimenting a little at Halo Wars and Supreme Commander 2;

I own Halo 4 for 20+ days now. I am affraid I don't like it as much as the older Halo titles compared to.. I like the fact you can sometimes choose what items to use in the Campaign levels. Adds some replayvalue to it.. (I mean things like ''Hardlight Shield'' youknow?)
I liked the Campaign-story more. -Not gonna spoil about that..

Nah.., I had most fun with FUEL, Halo Wars, and NFS: Hot Pursuit (-I forgot to mention)

btw, earlier I got my hands on a disc with a great ''nineteen'' playable demos!

From these nineteen I installed about half of them. Lets see.. The disc contained:

MUD: Fim Motorcross
Transformers: Fall of Cybertron
SSX -the newest ssx-game
Blades of Time
Rayman Origins
Binary Domain
Dragons Dogma
Top Gun: Hard lock
Zack Zero

Ive tried these playable demos. What more did the disc contain..?

Grand Slam Tennis 2
Birds of Steel
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 13
Summer Stars 2012
NHL 2013
Lego Batman 2: DC Super Heroes
PES 2013
Madden NFL 13
Sniper Elite 2
Sonic Generations ( I already own that one)

edited: added forgotten stuff

At the ''What are you playing now?'' thread on the ''Kafuka Gaming ...uhm ''area'' I had to login again, after either previewing and submitting an edit.

When I did login a second time, the (prepared) edit was gone. I made about the same edit again, and was again asked to login.

So I am unable to edit on that thread. Well, at least ''that'' thread for what I know at this point..

Ive been trying one of the ''Bioshock'' games, and one of the ''Armored Core'' games for a few days. They are the first Bioshock and Armored Core: For Answer. I wanted to have some experience with the series.

Both the graphics and surroundings in Bioshock are pretty. In the underwatersetting sometimes things go wrong with the structure and then water goes inside. At certain happenings you can choose the way it goes. You can deal with enemies in different ways, using certain aspects of your surroundings. -Grose humor, or however you speak that out..

At Armored Core Ive seen things familiar to some games Ive been playing years before, but it is fun still.. Hectic battles both on ground and in the sky with mechs. You can switch weapons wich are stored on different parts of your mech's body. You can alter paint on your mech, add a texture, change colors on different texture parts. The surroundings often look kinda boring but some are interesting.

No regrets buying these titles. Add the fact a friend adviced me to buy Bioshock to it so.. Nice
I was interested in Armored Core already after knewing the excistence for some time. Ive been playing mechbased games before and liked those a lot. Some of you may have seen one or more in the other gamethread where people's games are listed..
