I'm in an urban setting too, about a mile from downtown Seattle. My parents live in a tiny redneck village in rural Michigan.

My dad was in the US Air Force, so we moved a lot when I was young, then when I was 9 years old they settled down in Redneckistan.

Guesses are full words, not individual letters. Every other version of the game I've seen allows you to have an existing letter in your guess (otherwise it would be a lot harder to come up with guesses since they must be real words and not LJQXZ).

Wait, so independent developers can't make Windows 8 programs?

I think the tablet UI is awkward enough on a tablet, but since it's not my main computer it's no biggie there. On my computer I tend to multitask a lot of programs and often like having several visible on the same screen, etc.
