This is kinda silly, since a majority could simply troll vote down a topic which only a minority likes.


Edit: Unless you propose moderation team will moderate upvotes and downvotes, which is even more silly and begs for the question of what the whole point of the system would be.

Agreed. I thought about it on the way to work. It would just screw the system up.

I haven't thought about it more on it, but it's logical for sure. Also with the new permissions system we could ban groups or individuals from the system too so it's possible.

I think a quote to Warp Whistle is a useful thing myself. I often make multi quote replies and it makes it simple.

My Favorite Window Manager used to be WindowMaker (I don't use it on my *NIX install save one VM now because it's poor Mutli head support for how I like) Very simple and clean too. Back in the day I stared using it only icons where the ones in the dock. (I ended up cluttering it up with a lot of launchers and WMdockapps but heh started clean)

This is my actual ID for the University I work at. This one was recalled back in 2002. Since I work for the Campus Card I requested to get it back..

why was it recalled? Looks like he's flipping you off. My Student/Staff ID flips you off

It's basically a NeXTSTEP/OPENSTEP interface. Here is a screenshot. There are dockapps that can be added to it to add status meters, apps/functionality, or hell there is just the matrix code going over and over again.
