Do you usually go through every game until it's completed, or have you been known to just start a different game? Are you looking for suggestions for games to play? What games are you considering?

I'm going to have to play through that series *yet again* in order to get ready for Mass Effect 4 or whatever they decide to call it. Can we just go to Andromeda already?

I have come to the realization that I am not healthy. Up until the mountain biking trip, I fully believed I wasn't eating the best things or exercising, but my body did what I wanted it to without trouble. Then Moab happened, and it hit me really hard. I had a /really/ hard time. I enjoyed my trip still, but I don't like my unhealthiness. It was a reality check. Then, after work today, I went again with a really cool dude from my church, and I got annihilated. He coached me and encouraged me, and caused me to reflect on things. I want to be self-sufficient when things really hit the fan. I don't want to be a burden, I want to help; and I don't imagine the world presenting a situation where I didn't have to physically work hard. I want to be prepared. I want to be able to participate in things that some of my friends like to do, and not be a burden on them...

So yeah. Deep.

I have been thinking about a version of Cloud Mario that would make sense in this hack... I know Nintendo already did it, but I like the idea. Knowing you're making levels already means you're probably done with the powerup-making phase, but I'm gonna throw it out there anyway. Maybe it'll spawn other ideas for enemies or whatever. But...

A version of Cloud Mario that jumps the same height, but if you jump again, you get a small puff effect at Mario's feet and he gets a little higher. For his B attack, you could have him be able to push enemies away (and maybe pushed upwards one block when they hit a wall) with a gust of wind, sorta like your Swooshes. I could see being able to need a certain enemy in a certain place but needing an extra little bit of height to jumps and needing to get the enemy there via gust-pushing them there.

Just a thought.

But this hack looks amazing; I can't way to give it a spin! The last non-linear Mario hack I played was Extra Mario, and that was interesting to say the least. Can't wait for this one!

I dreamt that I was in some kind of manned space capsule on a journey to some extrasolar place... I was able to look out the window and see a gas giant up close. I remember feeling profoundly alone, far removed from anything and anyone that shared a mote of sentience. I was awake because I needed to be reanimated occasionally in order to retain my own mind, as a sort of protection against atrophy of the brain. After I returned to suspended animation in my dream, I woke back up.

Hmm... Maybe I live in the future, and am dreaming right now, in this suspended state? Perhaps I am forced to remember history so I don't repeat it when I get to whatever world I'm headed to, so as to retain knowledge I can use to build or rebuild a society?

I forget... are you at all interested in Minecraft? I think it'll be awesome for you to do a Let's Play of Coldhallow. I could probably get on some form of communication with you to do a voiceover alongside yours... although that's not really necessary. I could just use the chat interface.

Other than that, I loved your SMB2 series LP, and would like to see an LP of maybe SMB3 or SMW. I also think Blaster Master is a good one, except it's hard as piss, and I always ended up using the Infinite Lives GG code. Because FUCK game overs.

Kawa needs a boat anchor for his $18m yacht.

It took me forever to get to one kilopost, and that's a pretty good milestone for me. I never got above 2 kiloposts in any community...

That sounds suspect without any context whatsoever. Good thing there IS some.

Would you rather... drive a slow car that has amazing control, or a fast car that has absolute shit control?

Would you put a giant lava lamp into the wall between non-private rooms, such as kitchen sharing walls with a hallway?

I need to change up my eating habits. I had a small side salad for lunch today. Nothing for breakfast, which is usually the case for me. Don't know what I'm having for dinner...

Ok. You'll probably rage quit the shit out of that game though. :D But I'm worried a lil bit about my upload speed. 0.5mb/sec... I might be able to hold a skype call (barely) but then I probably wouldn't be able to do much of anything else. Once, I had to call someone on my phone and connect my phone's line-out to my computer, then send the locally recorded file over to them for editing. >_>

Seems like a pretty awesome idea, actually. That is, if it can be pulled off. Fortunately, SMW is so wide open now, and you can do pretty much anything without too much technical knowledge. The TV/movie universe is so large that the possibilities are endless.

How are you with level design, ExGFX implementation, etc.? I'd be interested in seeing some work from you. :D
