I stayed up late (2PM, despite having told myself to go to bed early) to finish story mode of Pokemon Colosseum. I absolutely crushed the Deep Colosseum with my Espeon and Entei (they ended at levels 70 and 66, respectively).

Catching the Shadow Togetic proved difficult if only because it's only level 20 and I didn't dare attack it. I found that Nest Balls don't work properly in Colosseum, because you're supposed to get a 10x success rate for having a 50+ level advantage, but they kept failing even with the additional 2x for sleep. I threw a single Great Ball, with it nearly full health (Shadow Rush recoil being its only damage), and it being in normal condition, and I caught it easily.

If I remember right, the Master's Tardis was inside the Doctor's Tardis at one point. I think I saw a classic Who episode where that happened, but I'm not 100% sure.
Apparently, it happened.

It really depends on what's going on.

If you watched my Pokemon Colosseum quality test videos, you can tell how little I pay attention when playing games... A few good examples were: When my Espeon hit Somek's Claydol, I didn't see it was a critical hit until I was watching in post, syncing the audio streams; and the sound test video being a battle I started, having forgot what 'mons I had on my team. I nearly wiped on an easy battle from lack of attention.

That's good. I'm sick of the ask threads.
Fucking... THIS!

Although, in my case, I'm tired of the same threads being bumped all the time, while others are shoved down into obscurity.

I just picked up my PSP from the X-Change and traded off my old DSi XL and bought Pokemon Black/White 2 and Super Mario 3D Land.

I was going to upgrade my 3DS to an XL, but I couldn't swing the price since they wouldn't allow me to do an in-store data transfer. I guess I'll wait a while and see if they release any new colors, since I really didn't want red or blue to begin with.

Since I bought Super Mario 3D Land today, I've been playing it for a while between games of Mario Party with my friend.

I've also been dicking around in Black 2. My team on my physical copy is: Tepig, Sewaddle, Genesect, Pidove, Lillipup, and Riolu (only caught it because it was my first encounter in Floccesy Ranch, which would've been perfect for a Nuzlocke, but I really fucking love Riolu). I'm looking for Mareep, but it either never appears, or I over-damage it and KO it before I can try to catch it.

As for my file I'm playing on my DSTwo, here's a screenshot.

Genesect

How did you get that one?
There's a WFC distribution going on from October 7 to November 14 here in the States.

I'm grinding to level 20 to take on the Castelia City gym. I wanted to go to the Castelia Park to get an Eevee, but I can only get there through the sewer, but it's blocked off right now by some dickhead NPC that says, "HURR PEOPLE TRAIN HERE DURR!" but won't let me through. I'm assuming I have to shit stomp Burgh first, which should be a cakewalk for good ol' Baconator.

My team right now is:
Baconator (Pignite) level 20
Feathers (Pidove) level 20
Blanket (Swadloon) level 20
Rocksie (Herdier) level 20
Sheepy (Flaaffy) level 17
Genesect level 18

I'm going to be replacing Genesect with Eevee that I'll be trying to evolve into Espeon since it felt really cheap that I used it to utterly destroy the second gym.

@Trapster I can trade you the Genesect from my B2 file on my DSTwo, since that file doesn't really mean anything to me. PM me your friend code.

EDIT: I decided to see if the gym was available before finishing me grind, and it opened up the sewer when it became apparent that Burgh was, once again, not at his fucking gym. I did the battles down there and chased off Plasma again. I then hit the Park and hunted out my Eevee. After about ten minutes of searching, I found two level 19 Eevees at once, and I set up to catch one. The little bastard broke out of all four of my Great Balls, three Poke Balls, two Timer Balls, but succumbed to a single Quick Ball... On turn 15... Quick Balls only get 4x rate on the first turn, and the Timer Balls would have had their 4x effectiveness in play.

What the fuck?

Well, I just finished grinding to level 30 to take on Elesa, which took forever since I was only level 20 for Burgh... I stomped the whole Nimbasa Gym by using Blanket (Leavanny) and Baconator (Pignite). I did use Sola (Espeon) against Elesa, herself, but he really only ate a few Pursuits from Zebstrika before eating the catwalk...

Now that I'm in Driftveil, I thought I would swing by the PWT to visit the Move Relearner for Sola to get Psybeam... I was told that I have to beat Clay first, which I'll be grinding to level 35 to do to be certain that I'm safe during the boss fight. At that point, it wouldn't be worth it, since Espeon learns Psychic at level 37 in BW2. What good is a Quiet nature Espeon that not only lacks a STAB move, but any Special moves to begin with! He's not compatible with any of the Special TMs I have so far.

Talk about a Useless Useful Pokemon, eh?

I've never really gotten into the Halloween spirit... Like, ever.

When I was a kid, I was never allowed to participate in anything for the season because my mom had these delusions that it was sacreligous. By the time she finally pulled her head out of her ass about it, I was told old to give a shit about it.

I was invited to a Halloween costume party a few years ago, and the people who invited me wouldn't take 'no' for an answer on my attendence, so I went. When they complained that I wasn't dressed up, I used the excuse of "I'm dressed up as someone dressing up like me." I don't think they liked that response.

I just rounded out the grind to 35 to be ready for Clay.

I will say this if you like Audino hunting to grind: DO NOT LEAD WITH AMPHAROS OR ANYTHING WITH THE STATIC ABILITY!

It will draw in Emolgas by the fucking drove! I hate that field effect because not only is Emolga hard to kill using an Electric-type, it also gives so poor exp that it's not worth the effort.

My White 2 Challenge Mode run will probably use Magnemite as its Electric-type since Magnet Pull doesn't affect shaky grass encounters since, as far as I'm aware, no Steel-types can appear in it to fuck up my grinding.

For subs, it really depends on where I'm eating and my mood. If it's Subway, I get the chicken bacon ranch, chicken teriyaki, or buffalo chicken. If it's Sheetz, I usually get the southwest steak.

As for toppings, I always get pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. My dressings usually change from sandwich to sandwich and is rarely consistent.

My last Subway sandwich was a buffalo chicken with chipotle sauce since I was in a spicy mood. It was good, but lacked the kick I was wanting.

Well, it's official... The cold has rolled in. I was hoping it'd stay warm for a bit longer. The ground temperature is starting to drop, too, because my bedroom is starting to get fucking FRIGID!

I was sitting on my comfy chair, playing Gale of Darkness, and I was shivering something fierce.

Just blazed through Chargestone Cave, and I was surprised by the staggering amount of Tynamo I was running into. According to Serebii, the little bastards are supposed to appear a mere 2% of the time... And be only level 28.

I found six of them in a row, in a range from 28 to 31 in level. Something tells me Serebii's full of shit for the BW2 encounter rate there, because even with Sheepy's Static ability, it would draw out a lot more Joltik than Tynamo just on principle alone (Joltik's encounter rate is 40%, which when you shove Ferroseed and Klink down, it won't bring Tynamo up much).

I'm making my way toward the Celestial Tower to work the rest of the team up before taking on the Mistralton Gym. My target is level 40, so far Blanket and Sheepy are done.

I also decided to fuck around in Dream Radar since I could use play coins in it again. I managed to get two leppa berries, a green shard, a red shard, two Riolu (both female) and motherfucking Tornadus (Therian Form).

The awesome thing about Dream Radar is that all of the Pokemon captured have their Dream World abilities. In total, I've gotten three Munna (two female, one male), one Swablu (male), one Sigilyph (female), and the aforementioned Riolus and Tornadus.

If anyone is interested, I'm putting two of the Munnas and one of the Riolus up for trade.

Yeah, FAT32 is the goto file system, it won't read much of anything else.

You should also look into doing an update, just in case. I don't know what the current Eurpoean version is, but here in the US, it's 4.4.0-10.
