So what have you been up to this summer?

Been doing any sports-watching? Euro 2012, or just waiting for the Olympic games? I know I'm ecstatic.

Been trying to get a job, been hanging with friends, been playing lots and lots of videogames. The job hunting has failed and I've pretty much given up.

I'm not much into sports, honestly. I only like Baseball, and even then I don't really watch it. We're gonna go to a Baseball game next week though, for Father's day.

Which is better, Blue or Purple?

Blue is my favorite color, so I'mma say blue. Purple is awesome though.

Man, iPads are freaking ridiculous. Which kinda iPad didja get? I can't imagine getting the "cheap" $500 16GB and being told that more than half of that is the screen. That's complete bullshit.


I'm still trying desperately to get a job, but Summer's pretty much already halfway over by this point. I just called back some places which were like "Yeah we'll, uh, get to you for an interview". OH WELL

I actually found Pikmin 2. It'd been lost and I REALLY wanted to Let's Play it. Of course I find it now THAT MY CAPTURE CARD IS BROKEN AND I HAVE NO MONEY TO BUY A NEW ONE



Ahem, well, Mass Effect 3 is great. The writing is great, up to a certain part, story is fun, up to a certain part, and it's just an amazing game.....

Up to a certain part. I can't wait till the ending causes me to get a torch and pitchforks and riot about six months too late.

Ooh, and terrifying too. I'll ask if this is fine: Our civilization is The Most Machine, the elevation is high but there's absolutely no cliffs nearby (it's all at 0, but sometimes it's not exactly accurate), it's all glacier, and it's TERRIFYING. OH BOY I CANNOT WAIT.


Do any of you guys have weak computers? Is the area too big for you guys?

Eh, I don't HATE Apple. If you want a Mac, fine, get one. Have fun.

But Windows is equally fine, just cause I use a Windows doesn't mean I'm an uncultured simpleton, and Macs aren't the best things since sliced bread. Seriously, anyone someone's like "Your Windows computer broke again? Why don't you go buy a Mac?" I just say "Sure give me thousands of bucks and I'll go out and get it RIGHT now."


Besides, if I had a Dell, I couldn't play my old classic games as easily. And I needs mah Zork fix yo.

I think we've tried to do that and some did not come. I don't think they'd come now. Honestly I dunno what Mike meant by "the gang", cause it seems to me like the "gang" is here right now.

How'd you break your capture card?

I DUNNO. It just... randomly broke one day!

I used it one Friday a few months ago and then I took it to a friend's house so we could record Zelda together. When I took it out of my backpack, it was frayed beyond all belief and refused to work.

I worked a little on my book series' history, and also worked on converting it for Table Top gaming play. It'll run on the Pathfinders system, but I had to change around a lot (no gnomes or halflings exist in my world for example). I'm testing out the system with a friend of mine sometime soon so I'll letcha know how it goes

I just ate chips and salsa. At 3:12. Oh, the salsa was expired too.

Basically, my brother works at a grocery store. They were gonna throw it out and he was like "this is the expensive stuff, I'll take that shit" and he got it all for like a dollar. So we had 3 tubs of expensive high grade (but expired) salsa. I just finished the last of it cause Jeff seemed to never ever eat it.

It hasn't bothered my stomach YET and I've been eating it all week!

So I had a long dream recently. It all took place at my grandparents' house, as many of my dreams do. The first half I barely remember, it took place in the guest rooms and involved Calvin and Hobbes.

The second half I remember better. My grandparents' house was a museum, and my granddad was alive. It took me a while to realize he was supposed to be dead, but I learned they brought him back to life using magic. He kept disappearing cause the magic had a timer, so I spent the rest of the dream trying to learn how to make this magic permanent from gnomes. Then somehow I became a fugitive and had to go with pirates out onto the bay cause they had the only gnomes left.

Then I woke up!
