My least favorite weather is when it's moist as hell and really hot. It makes me smell somethin' FIERCE by the end of the day.

It was like that today.

They at least recovered some of his reputation with Sonic Generations (although it still contains the horribad voice acting).

*points to Mario Sunshine*

People seem to remember all of Sonic's bad voice acting, but that game is kind of blocked out of memory. They remember it as a great Gamecube game but "Voice acting? It had voice acting? I don't remember that, you're lying."

Of course, one game with bad voice acting compared to.... five to seven? Pretty bad. Back in the day it was narmy, now it's getting a little annoying. After Secret Rings, I stopped getting Sonic games (until Generations), and I also stopped getting Mario games after Galaxy. Part of it was money issues though.

But who do I like better? I cannot for the life of me answer this question truthfully. I grew up with an NES and a Genesis. I had every single Sonic game and every single Mario game when I was 6, and I played all of them to death (although I never beat any Mario games. I beat the Sonic games though).

Both are very near and dear to my heart, and even though the new Sonic games haven't been that great, he's still got enough amazing games that I think he makes up for it, and he's starting to come back. Sooooo it's a tie.

So I had a dream. It was a little segmented. First it involved me being a kid at my house, back how it used to look in my back yard, playing around, and getting in trouble with my parents. Then my alarm woke me but I didn't feel like getting up so I went back to sleep. THEN IT GOT WEIRD.

Aliens invaded. They were going to kill us (they were crazy evil looking aliens. Imagine Cho'Gath from LoL and you're close), but we had a chance to beat them. We had to team up as a race and beat them in baseball. The rest of the game was my and people I knew playing baseball against aliens. People died for some reason, and near the end I took an injury and sat it out. I then played chess with an old Scout Master on a board made out of candy, which I ate. When I went back to the top floor of the stadium we were in, I found out we had won and driven the aliens back. My brother then gave a rousing speech for those we lost. It was very touching.

Then I woke up and laughed about how fucking weird my dream had been.

Bullshit. What little voice acting there was was kind of okay.

I dunno I thought it was pretty damn bad. The Pinatas were actually rather good, but everyone else? Mediocre at best. Toadsworth was also pretty good, but Peach was annoying and Baby Bowser? Uuuughhhhhh. *shivers*

Most of my cultures are the normal generic "fantasy" people. I have the Britania-style Humans who worship a single God, are pretty snooty and high and mighty. They're also completely sacrilegious because they worship the God of Justice but pretty much don't follow any of his teachings. GUESS WHAT I BASED THAT AROUND OF.

We got snooty Wood-Elves, we for friendly and kind Frost-Elves, we got the Drow (Dark-Elves), we got dark skinned proud warrior race guys from the desert, we got Dwarves, we got dumb Orcs, we got clever and evil Goblins, we got Merfolk (who are based around the Russians, humorously. Almost every race has a specific accent related to real life), the Grey (basically Magical Americans), and the Aknivarians, who look like Asians and are all about capitalism and scientific progress.

The only race I kinda made for myself are the Gecken. They're basically lizard people who are good with machines, cousins of the Dwarves. Everything else is like "yeeaahhhh seen it", which makes me feel bad. It's all been done, y'know how it is.

Anyone here heard of The Megas? They're a cover band that adds lyrics to Megaman songs. This is one of their older ones, based on MM1's Wily stage. I specifically love their songs cause they're in the point of view of the bosses and they add personality to them. Seriously, from this song's point of view, Megaman's the bad guy and Wily's the good guy.

I think it's still a three-way tie for best male, but I dunno.

EDIT: Nope, Scrydan won it. Oh well.

BEHOLD MY HACK!

I made this two years ago and refurbished it a bit right now. IT'S AMAZING.

Story

Mario was about to go out on another wacky adventure after whooping the butts of those crazy Koopas when he realized he left his garage door up! Now you must lead Mario to put his door back down!

Photobucket

Lead him through Mario Isle!

Photobucket

Across the majestic hills of the island!

Photobucket

Under the Earth, explore the treacherous caverns of this untamed wilderness!

YOU TOO CAN BE A HERO.

If you guys like this hack I'll add on to it and make it more than a one-and-a-half-world hack. Just lemme know, it's pretty short right now.

https://dl.dropbox.com/u/55571728/Garage.ips

Here's the IPS file, apparently we still use those.
