Updated the thread with some stuff I suppose. Several people I've spoken to who are on the live board I run this software on, have been rather positive about it so far. Most comments pertained to the mobile layout being reasonably good and usable: I normally test things first from a phone since I obviously have to use one a lot.
If anyone does want to see the live board without installing esyBoard onto a localhost, PM me. I'd rather you did the latter however because I could do with a hand on stuff like security exploits. Meanwhile I should really check if the installer works. I might have broken it. ____________________ Good riddance! |

Anyone in an European country, if you value any kind of Internet freedom of speech, please either use a VPN + any other layer of geolocation/identity spoofing you can, or move outside Europe. While this makes a minority of AB users (majority of AB users are from the USA), you may as well take the chance to reclaim your freedom...
It looks like Article 13 passed 376-272 votes and this means US companies will have to license their content ID systems. Since the main two of these that have developed and will probably license out their filter systems are Google and Facebook, this means any European using the Internet will have themselves tracked, almost an authoritarian, monopolistic "Big Brother" sort. The only chances we have are to either develop a new, free Internet-like protocol or boycott the Internet altogether if you're a jolt concerned about freedom. I'm going to stick around until it's clear nothing will be done. If nothing is done in two years (the maximum allotted time they can have to force this law under effect in all of EU) I'm not sure what I'll do. ____________________ Good riddance! |

Neither of you clearly read the post properly.
I’m a rather abusive individual IRL and have barely changed in terms of personality (most attributes have actually worsened) since like early 2016. I’d rather not make the environment terrible here any longer or inflict any more damage to places than I have already done: so I simply want to go. I hardly associate myself with these places anymore and I don’t see any worth in doing so much longer when nobody is fooled by my persistent bullshit that hasn’t moved one bit. I still spam boards with anti-Jamie propaganda and stuff, still engage in random lamer attacks, so you know what? I should have just stayed banned all that time ago and never bothered to ask for an unban because I have contributed absolutely nothing to any community I have been a part of. In fact I’ve taken much more than given back in every case... ____________________ Good riddance! |
