Terraria is okay once you hit a certain point in the game (until you craft decent items and get double jump and faster movement), but until then, the game feels dramatically slow.
Probably why I've only had the one character.  |

The problem with such a large backlog is you don't know where to start while wanting to play a bit of every game at the same time. |

Currently a trainee teachers assistant at a primary school, working with either a group of 4 children who require extra assistance / support to get through the school day, or going between classes when teachers ask for help. Usually, I just go between the same two classes, but sometimes I'll have to head down into other classes when they are doing lessons such as home economics or science.
I'm planning on returning to college to finish my HNC in Early Education and Childcare, which will allow me, along with my HNC in Social Care and training provided at my current job, to go straight into university to get my BA Honours in Education and Training. |

If people want to give the game a shot beyond what the Starter Edition allows, I have two guest passes. They basically let you play the full game for 14 days or 7 hours of Game Time (which is pretty shit).
Could probably get a few more off of Teamliquid too.  |

How are we shoving threads in peoples faces? Liking them doesn't do anything but put a number next to the title. It's still up to you to decide to read the thread or not.
I don't really get why the comparison to Facebook is made. Liking a thread is anonymous and doesn't do anything but possibly bring some attention to it. Liking on Facebook shows that you liked the post to anyone who is able to see things you do and alerts the person who made the status/photo and anyone tagged in a photo that you liked it. The thing with liking is it just shows that people are interested in a thread. When dislikes are involved, then, depending on the circumstances, it can promote "Don't post this." or "We don't want a user posting here." (Since you could just dislike every thread a user makes). Likes are only a positive thing, especially when it's just a number with no feature other than saying "People like this sort of thread, make more like this!". Dislikes bring drama into something that is otherwise a harmless and simple feature. |

Just because someone else likes a thread doesn't mean you should.
I really doubt, for example, that all the bronies liking the pony thread will make people who hate ponies suddenly change their opinion of it. |

With +1 just being an aesthetic feature, there's no real reason to bring anything Negative to it.
Maybe if that Karma system that someone mentioned in IRC got implemented, then you'd have to bring -1's into it. |
