Truthfully, those particular specifications are... a little difficult. You'll most likely sacrifice at least one of them to some extent, the most notable being build quality and price. Good build quality generally comes at a steep price for laptops, but it seems you want something more general-purpose and not something high end. Chromebooks are the easiest thing that fall within your specifications and alongside Nicole I personally also would've suggested ThinkPads if not for the odd "has to be white" stipulation. That being said, I found a couple that might be worth looking into, though they are over a thousand bucks so they're on the pricier end of things.

Played Danganronpa for the first time recently, after getting recommendations up the ass to play those games for years. Upon finishing the first game it's pretty dang good.
