Old Acmlmboard style? Not bad um.

However, you forgot one of the main Acmlmboard features there. I tried browsing forum.php?id=0,powerlevel=3 and that didn't make me an admin! D:

StapleButter is a shortened version of some random username I came up with one someone's board. The original name was StapleGrassButterTea. People found it original but it was too long for my liking.

My previous one was Mega-Mario. Terribly generic and unoriginal if you ask me.

The very first one I came up with was NHervé. It was at Jul, in September 2008. But for whatever reason (either typo'd password or the board not liking the accent), I was unable to log in. Being the dumbass I was, instead of asking an admin to fix it, I made another account, Mega-Mario.

It's only now that I'm an admin? This new Acmlmboard is... laggy.

Another issue with the AB1 style layout storage is that old layouts aren't always eternal. Files being reused for newer layouts, or just completely disappearing... try looking at the AB archives or even old threads at Jul, for example.

And there's stuff like customizable post sidebars, where that would just not work.

I was entering middle school. Or to be more accurate, I wasn't even there yet.

I don't remember much of that time, but I was mostly making shitty webpages using Word2000 and its selection of background images that made shit unreadable. Or making useless programs in VB6.

Indeed. Must be because they're not put in a table like they should.

A while ago I had a dream that changes had been made to our house's fence, and apparently not by us. Possibly by the annoying neighbours. I don't remember more details aside from me yelling at them.

Yesterday, I had a more interesting dream. I was in some house with a couple other persons. For some reason, police was going after us. They were around the house, ready to enter. One of the persons I was with, escaped in a cupboard, and we followed him.

The cupboard was actually a secret door to a tilted corridor. I was trying to be silent in there, but the floor made of old parquet made it hard. We went down to a secret room to escape the police.

Later on, for some absurd reason I decided to go back up to grab some guns so we could defend ourselves. Apparently the police had still not entered the house. There were some submachine guns and ammunition available. I loaded one of them with a cartridge that apparently only contained half the ammo it could contain, and wasted all of it for no reason. I then looked in a crate for more weapons and ammo. Some of the ammo cartridges were Intellivision cartridges for some reason.

And then... dunno.

Nope. On the other hand, there aren't many of them in France.

There's someone I know who lives in France, but I don't want to meet him.

Board, forums, threads, posts.

Coming from a Proboards board, the SMG2.5 guys were used to: forum, boards, threads(/topics), posts. When we moved to K64 which was ABXD then Blargboard, much confusion happened.

I remember a fragment of a recent dream. Me fighting with some guy that seemed strong. Apparently, he wasn't trying to hit me or even defend himself.

But he was really robust. I kept hitting him in the face, eventually getting tired, but that did nothing to him. I even remember hitting his head with a fire extinguisher, to no avail either.

Weird.

I got Firefox 29 against my will. I didn't like how it looked so I grabbed Stylish and started customizing it.

I got Firefox 29, sadly. I didn't like the way it looked. Blarg blerg. Kinda ugly (leaning towards Windows 8?), and trying to copycat Chrome even more. What's up with that? You need to stand out against the concurrency, Firefox, not imitate it! What's next, dropping Gecko for Webkit?

So, upon Nina's tips, I set the menubar to be enabled permanently, grabbed Stylish and set to work. So far:

(large screenshot)
(this is the maximized window. The normal window is the same except with a window border around it)

Colors and overall style taken from this board's default theme, Nostalgia.

I didn't do much regarding the address bar yet. I need to restyle the buttons and textboxes. And perhaps remove the google bar since I never use it. And for sure, remove that Chrome menu button that is pretty much redundant with the menubar.

Also, the tab bar behaves a little weirdly when closing tabs. If I knew what causes that...

But so far, it's nice. It looks really good with dark-themed sites like Acmlmboards. I feel like getting dark Stylish themes for sites like Youtube, Google or Facebook, too.

Also, if anyone knew the CSS selectors for opened menus, it'd be nice.

I only remember the dream I had this morning when I was supposed to wake up, and went back to sleep accidentally.

I was messing with PHP code from Acmlmboard 2 or something. The code looked like a series of sanity checks done before moving a thread. For some reason, I had to move parts of it around, rename variables, etc...

It's been fixed since then.

There was also the part about the 'super SQL escaper' thing calling mysql_real_escape_string() and discarding the return value. Xkeeper called us all shitty coders just because Arbe is a moron who couldn't even code his lame hack right.

How long will it take to reply all these questions?

Which kind of chocolate do you prefer?
