1. The layoutmaker has full position/attachment editing capability. And a live preview.
2. Your layout's background has default attachment values. All that's different is that its no-repeat and attached to, if I read this correctly, the middle of the right edge.

It was an ad to show Kraft Food's support for gay people. Hence the rainbow.

A lot of (often overweight) Concerned Americans decided to stop buying Oreos. A lot of snarky Americans then listed a few hundred other things to boycott.
