Since there aren't any anime starting with Q, I'm taking the liberty to post a great manga that everyone should check out--sadly it is an atrocity to resize manga covers in most civilized countries so condolences to all browsing on really old smartphones!

the full moon on a clear chilly night

haloed about 22 degrees

gazing into the beautiful frigid reflection in the sea

having found peace, i walk into gensokyo on light feet

The sound of rats/mice being caught in snap traps. Especially after hearing them gnaw on your house for days on end. Little shits.

What is the sound of a man becoming trapped within the routines and regulations of a banal normalcy?

did you know this isn't "random" trivia at all but rather arbitrary trivia?

all of you are off-topic and I'd say something less metatopical

but find myself vexed trying, ontologically-upset

the only thing I have left to say:

"random trivia"

don't actually even know any English despite living in the country.

Argh.

These people ruin a good mood whenever I hear them. Get that ethnic crap out of my shopping experience. I don't want to hear the latest about the Mexican drug runs.

(It DOES count as an inconvenience if it makes you want to stop and strangle them, right? They're not tourists; they need to learn the goddamned language of their country of residence.

And no, that doesn't mean "make Spanish an official language of the United States". Fuck off, government.)

gms posts like this and him complaining about his parents

2*2 is the twofold product of the integer 2 (2^n, for natural numbers)which is exactly 2^2; similarly 2+2 is the 2-copy of 2*n, i.e., 2*2. I feel as though I should start with saying 2 is some "2-object) produced by making j-copies of some initial "1" element (1_0+...+1_j) and inductively building up addition, multiplication and exponentiation, but all I can think it'd show is that adding, multiplying or exponentiating such a 2-object would all be equivalent, which doesn't really hold in general (for n=3, 2+2+2 equals 2*3 but not 2*2*2 which is just 2^3, but isn't equal to 2^2^2(=16, incidentally), which is 2^^2(=2^(2^2)).

Especially for same object manipulations it's probably a good idea to think how (natural number construction with the successor operation) addition, multiplication and exponentiation (and then tetration and hyperoperations in general) as different orders of some sort of operator on a single object. Most people probably wouldn't like working with orders past tetration or numbers larger than 2--TeX doesn't work on this board, but you should compute some hyperoperations anyways (exercises left open: 2 hyper7 3, 3 hyper5 2)!

But in general after 2 you're just fucked

This is because of a symmetry called associativity that's defined into + and × (see field) but which ^ lacks.

flan, Your homework scores 90/100 for marks. Calculated as 100/100 for effort, and a 10% penalty for being overdue.

5 hours late is rounding error in the scheme of 13 billion years.
