Oh, God. I apologize profusely for this:
CLUE (Famous Furry Fuckers for $800): A Red Lobster employee quit their job in 2013 to manage "Tardar Sauce"'s schedule full time, a sour-faced pet better known by this name. |

That's it, Danika, and now the last clue on the board will be revealed:
CLUE (Famous Furry Friends for $1000): Thurl Ravenscroft, the best-known voice of this sugar sweet feline mascot, had this to say about his role: "I made ____ a person. For me, ____ was real. I made him become a human being..." |

Hālian gets it! And with that, the board is cleared. Here's the standings so far:
We'll be right back after a message from our sponsors (read: after I finish the next board) and Double Jeopardy will begin! *Alex gnaws on an audience member's head as some mad puppeteer makes him dance, dance in eternity* |

Posted by EpeleI honestly dunno. I'm kind of aimless. That's probably my biggest remaining question in life. Something that's both creative but also lets me work in a cushy office. I guess game design would fit the bill. Posted by DanikaYeah I do!!!!! There was a Hasting's I used to go to growing up near Kansas City that I was really fond of, and of course I spent countless hours on movies and games I rented from Blockbuster. My family used to take the games and mark them with a little Sharpie mark on the back, just barely visible, so we'd know which ones were ours and had our save data on them and we could re-rent them later. My family was really cheap. |

Posted by ThieppyI don't know if I've ever had a soda so mindblowing it was worth noting how mindblowing it was... I think the best sodas I've made are bizarro Coke Freestyle concoctions, but barring that, I guess I like a lot of Jones' sodas. I'm sure they're still around. Also when my last girlfriend visited I had this good-ass root beer that she brought with her. I guess that counts. Posted by DanikaEhhhn Tumblr hasn't really been Tumblr much lately anyway. I feel like the spirit of the site evaporated in 2016 or so and it's just been slowly dragging itself along; it's been hard to watch honestly. In its heyday, though, it was great. Tons of dorky weirdo jokes and I got tons of exposure to queer cultures that fostered (genuine) self-ex But in the past few years I've noticed those communities and subcultures have slowly died as Tumblr's made stupider and stupider decisions about the site. It's been going for a long time; this was just the last straw. Anyway, I miss Tumblr, yeah, but I've been mourning its loss for years, now, so... requiescat in pace |

Posted by RamblyI'd like you all to know that the day after I posted that they had a really nasty storm and tornado sirens while me and my girlfriend were stuck in traffic (nothing came of it) I'm back in Denver now, where it's a lot colder and drier. Yay. I don't miss Missouri weather in the slightest. |

The last thread about this is ancient, so...
I'm a little curious if Chrome is any less ubiquitous among this crowd than it would be around the average Internet crowd, so... I use Firefox. I was using Chrome from like 2012-2017, but Quantum made me switch. I know a lot of people hate the Chromification of its layout, but Firefox was already pretty bad about that anyway — at least now its layout makes sense. Plus, I'm one of the tiny percentage of people who still likes flexible addons (i.e. uses addons that aren't just uBlock Origin or w/e). Also I kinda think Chrome looks aesthetically like a Mom browser that's used exclusively for Facebook. Also I like Google less than Mozilla. Well enough about my stupid idiot crap. What browser does y'all like? |
