It were quite easy actually. It simply took using the timestamp after seeing NEW 1 on the index. >_>

Just in time for them to bring back posts classic! (at this point I would link to the old board archives, but I don't think anyone wants to see that)

I wouldn't be one to go buying that. I'm not a big cola drinker.

Posts Classic™.. now with broken post layouts! :D

The big thing about the archives for AB is most of the layouts are broken since where it was hosted no longer exists... hehe

Indeed- "Image hosted by Angelfire" as far as the eye can see, among other things. :P

I remember some free webhosting providers would also only block images from being hotlinked, but would stupidly only check the file extension so you could still host a image as a txt file and have it work.

Those were the early crappy days I suppose. :P

Oh, I do recall those days.

I wonder if that would still work on more modern free webhosts which block hotlinking of images. >_>

Occasionally when digging through my older folders I still run across text files that turn out to actually be images. :P (This does not make Notepad happy)

@Nicole: would imagine not.. yay ASCII Salad!

In my case I hosted all my stuff for AB either on @Acmlm's or my home server that hasn't existed in 10 years. So some of my stuff works, but most of it is broken. (My post layout was mostly shit anyway.. only the last one @Acmlm did for was anywhere close to good.

ASCII Salad!
But it's always fun to look through a giant ASCII Salad for anything that resembles a word, picture or anything!

Heh. I have a little ascii salad in some of the logs in the new POS (Point of sale.. yes it means something else too) system I am working on at work. (That's why I've been scarce around here actually)

Logs are not clean at all. lo yay?

So I learnt another good member of staff is leaving at work.

Seems the good ones can't take the treatment people working in supermarkets receive. Which, isn't very good in the first place.

Well at some point you have to say 'enough'.. It just depends on your situation and the like. I know that supermarket employees have high turnaround.. heck even the lower management as well.

In the case of some people, they only last less than a year. I've been at it for four and a half years.

Do you have an advancement track if you stay long enough (if you even what to)? Something like management or similar responsibility expansion?

So in other news, here's a pretty dickish thing to do to a guy's phone.

Probably worth a click through just to listen to that adorably fuck-you ringtone.

This is pretty much the reason I keep a backup of my contacts.

All my contacts are backed up to a cloud.

Though I guess this means that if someone changed them on my phone they would also be changed on the clouds? And I mean, it's not like I have a ladder that can reach the clouds in case I needed to get it anyway.
