Rubies or Emeralds are pretty awesome in my book. Even though Ruby has my favorite color of red and is my birthstone, I choose Emerald as my graduating stone of choice for my class ring.
Mainly because Emerald green is the color of both my mother's and my own eyes.

What's the birthstone for the beginning of July?

Ruby for the US. On an interesting note, Sapphire for Hindu.

Edit: Actually looking further it is "emerald" for "Tropical zodiac".

I like XFCE.. well mostly due the fact my favorite, yet less functional WM was WindowMaker. It was in the style of NeXT's OPENSTEP. So i'm used to the lighter interfaces.

Now why it's crashing for you sometimes it is swap space or memory. Could that be an issue?

I just picked up my PSP from the X-Change and traded off my old DSi XL and bought Pokemon Black/White 2 and Super Mario 3D Land.

I was going to upgrade my 3DS to an XL, but I couldn't swing the price since they wouldn't allow me to do an in-store data transfer. I guess I'll wait a while and see if they release any new colors, since I really didn't want red or blue to begin with.
