So yeah if you have not seen what I said in the introduction thread my laptop broke because of a windows update. What happens is everytime I turn it on the start up screen act normal and then it randomly flashes black and grey I have tried everything and I can't reset it because I have rare files on there that are extreamly hard to get so I will have to get it fixed.
