Damn, I knew aspartame & MSG were terrible things (I try to stay away from diet drinks - sugar tax is to make people suffer the effects of artificial sweeteners, and make business boom as aspartame is cheap than sugar), didn't know that though. :/ ____________________ Good riddance! |

Sucralose may cause for me: Nausea, Vomiting, Painful internal organs, Lethargy. Last time I made that mistake - which was accidental - was all four of them. The latter two persisting for three days. And they say these chemicals are safe? I am aware that new research suggests Sucralose may actually not be entirely safe. Not that the industry is listening to that research. The world could always use more heroes! |

♥11596 ✿5218 ★49 I use MSG in cooking frequently and have no issues; it naturally occurs in a lot of foods-- however the trick is to simultaneously minimize salt when using MSG and to use it sparingly, processed foods will usually use large amounts of both together which causes bigger issues. (Also, don't use MSG on meat or cheese, they have enough sodium and glutamate on their own) |
