I still have the old layout, but I am running Firefox 31 ESR rather than the new one :P

Yeah, IPS screens are better (I'm surprised the MacBook Pro isn't IPS as well, considering the price ;))

I think Retina display is IPS but I didn't spending money on it when the regular display did the same hardware and software input.
