Really not much is different, cortana is basically siri. The Music+Videos was divided into two different apps. The facebook messaging integration was removed from the messaging app. The notification center is pretty cool I guess. It's all stuff that shouldve been in the OS for awhile tbh The idea of speed dial is back with the "inner circle" which is like favorite contacts that can reach you during "quiet hours" which is when you dont want notifications from anyone except your inner circle
