Sometimes, people need to be assertive and stand up for themselves. That's when some harshness needs to come in. But overall, it is better to be nice and friendly.

I wasn't trying to be harsh, though if it was, good for ya. I was making a point.

In any case, Nice and Friendly. Only when I am pissed off will I do things in a direct and harsh approach.
