I've walked through MS's campus, haven't been to Nintendo's. It's rare for me to go out to Redmond.

The homeless beggars are annoying. I've learned to just ignore them and walk on by, not looking at them.

I do that myself. There's often a lot of fakes over here. You have to be very careful of that.

You need to set up your IRC client encodings properly!

Fixedsys is ugly.

*ducks barrage of rotten fruit*

Not sure why it's the default font in so many IRC clients.

Most of the beggars here don't really need food, they get that from soup kitchens or homeless shelters. They just want cash for smokes or drugs.

Due to an issue in glibc, my IRC client is incapable of displaying anything in the Unicode astral plane. It's annoying.

But hey, being able to display large chunks of Unicode isn't bad for a console client, right? (Or as StapleButter calls it, "MS-DOS IRC"...)

I use Bookman Old Style. Not Fixedsys.

For Monospaced, I use Courier New.

I don't see a need to use a monospace font for IRC. It's not programming.
