It doesn't rain very much in the summer, actually. It rains a lot in winter though.

Snow is rare. Usually only 2-3 days a year, if that.
See you know how I knew that is because of where my mother lives, which is also near the pacific coast. From her balcony is a very beautiful view of the ocean.

And I like living here because I hate snow. Back in Michigan we'd have snow for more than half the year sometimes! And always at least 3-4 months of the year.
