Heh, back in the days of early color laptops you were stuck with 256 colors at 640x480 and the screen was horrible :P Imagine trying to play Chip's Challenge or something on one of those things...
I can imagine you doing that just for fun, Ms. Computer Historian.

256? I remember when computers had only 16 colours. And 320*200 was the highest resolution.

I still haven't backed up in a while but I do have two internal hard drives at least (duplicate some things between the two, such as my software archive, etc.) ;)

My primary is 2TB and my secondary is 750GB ;) Eventually considering a 500GB once Windows 9 comes out and use it just for system files...

For the love of frick...get an external HDD. 500gb ones should be pretty cheap noawadays. :P

I just have a 1TB external and it's nearly full. I should get a 2TB one but can't afford it atm.

I have more than 2TB on the computer, including OSes and system files.

Get an external hard drive.

Nowadays, backups tend to be too big for CDs and DVDs.

Heh, reminds me of the days when I could backup all of my stuff onto three CD-RWs (back in the mid-2000s) ;) I now have to use two external hard drives :P
