I eat whatever the hell I want. I'm going to guess that this kind of diet is worse for you than a consistent one. I feel like I should be eating much healthier... But I dunno. I think it's just a vicious cycle. I eat something similar or exactly to what my cravings are; so maybe my body "craves" something to get what it needs, since I respond to it so well. You just seem to get whatever you need from those meals alright, so maybe it isn't so bad for you. |
