...and I have to say, Panther is pretty much still usable  (probably more than Mac OS 9, less than Windows 98) If only there were a browser newer than Firefox 2 though, but Panther will have to do until I can get Tiger on this thing 
(I've also been dabbling in Hackintoshes in VMware and VirtualBox, running Snow Leopard and Mavericks  I think I might have been bitten by the Mac bug, but I can't justify spending like $1500 on a MacBook Pro... might think about a used MacBook Pro, like a 2009-2011 model though it could still use Mavericks at least)"Miracles happen, when you believe..."

I remember trying my hand at a Mac. So confusing. Especially the different mouse and all. I'll never get used to that. |

Surprisingly, the battery lasted about 2.5 hours before getting the low battery warning message... I still wonder if it's the original battery or if it was replaced somewhere along the line "Miracles happen, when you believe..."

Apparently, the design people at our school work with Macs. It's ironic how our school always complains about being so poor yet they seem to have enough money for Macs and, apparently, Adobe CS5 as well. While we just stand there because we have no material to work with.  |

Yeah, once I went to a Windows machine for the first time in the late 1990s, I then got confused by the Mac's single mouse button Fortunately, you can use a USB mouse that has two buttons on the newer Macs (the right one defaults to control-click on Mac OS 8.x/9.x and X)"Miracles happen, when you believe..."

Having one control input is a little confusing at first. I found that when first using touch-input. You just get used to it after a while. The world could always use more heroes! |
