♥8255 ✿5120 ★94 I don't buy it- we've seen glimpses of Nintendo's quality-of-life plans, and they seem to involve devices that don't fit into the "replacement gaming venture" at all. The idea that it refers to a new console-style software platform seems to be mostly speculation...
It mostly seems to be rehashing the "Nintendo is dead" rant, but as far as I can tell that viewpoint is increasingly dead itself. |

Well, that's an old article.. but I seriously doubt speculation and rumour get far.
They've adapted to some modern trends - like downloadable extras. With the compatibility of that on the Wii U, it'll give them a boost and let them provide extra content for games. Heck, they don't need to worry about bundling bonus content on-disc, and trying to keep it hidden. In fact, they're doing quite nicely at the moment. The world could always use more heroes! |

First of all, that article is six months old.
Secondly, lately, Nintendo has been turning a profit hand over fist. The Wii U isn't going anywhere. |

I was considering selling my Wii U for a MacBook a while ago, but Bayonetta 2 made me reconsider  There's also stuff like Mario Kart 8, Smash 4, and probably some JRPGs  "Miracles happen, when you believe..."

My friends on Facebook are always having console debates, and one of them brought up the article. Lemme ask you guys & girls something... Why does the Wii U get so much hate? Their internet service is free ain't it?
And it does look like it has some great games, I really like that Zombie U game. One of my Facebook friends was saying that Nintendo is gonna take a page from Sega and make games for the other systems... I don't ever see that happening at all. ____________________ Beacons.AI My Discord Server |

Nintendo's been catching flack from console warriors forever. It's not even remotely just a Wii U issue. It's just that this time around, the Wii U has had relatively anemic sales. |
