Does anyone here play tabletop games? Like DnD or pathfinder? I run Pathfinder campaigns a lot.

I was wondering, cause if anyone wants, I could try to run a campaign on the IRC

Yeppers. I'm playing two separate D&D games right now.

One of which is played on Roll20.net, but it didn't start out that way. We used to play together but our DM lived about 40 minutes to an hour away. Then people left, and stuff happened and now we play online.

Second game I play locally.

Maple Post-o-Matic 9.2

I wish I was in a tabletop RPG session right now.

I have a homebrew race (the safir) for 3.5, but can't find any online sessions that are good with psionics and homebrew, and have never DMed before.

I also have books for a bunch of other stuff, but have just never found online sessions that fit my schedule.

Pathfinder is basically a return to D&D 3.5 after 4.0 fucked everything up.

It's a lot of fun to play.

I also love Pathfinder because the entire database for it is online. You can look up anything you want for it, basically; that's not something you can do with DnD unless you want to pirate the books. (The website is http://www.d20pfsrd.com/ by the way.)

If you and Kaena wanna check it out I could try and help you get IRC to work and we could find a time you're both avaliable.

I honestly don't play tabletop games enough (I'm shut-in who lives miles away from any sessions). In fact Tabletop with Wil Wheaton is one of my favorite shows. I'm also really into some of White Wolf Game's stuff.

For those who think you have to live in the same area as people who play D&D, that is not the case. Like I said, one of the campaigns that I am a part on, we play online thanks to Roll20. My nephew plays with us and he's in Oklahoma. Our DM is moving to South Carolina soon. Roll20 has some issues (we had to use vet to communicate last Monday) but overall, a neat program. We started out playing 2nd edition, and eventually went to 3rd.

With the other game, we started out with 5th edition, but our DM got mad and switched us to third edition. However, I might have to leave that game since my husband now works on Monday afternoons.

Anyway, I'm usually super busy, but if you get a time frame on when you want to play, I might be able to join.

Also, I haven't been able to get IRC to work and I gave up, this was about a year or so ago.

I would probably be using Roll20 for a lot, actually. I've never used its chat features to great effect, but I've used it many times for different campaigns. It's very useful, but not every part of my campaign would make use of it. We could definitely use it if IRC is a no-go for everyone. If you wanna try to set it up again Anya, I could help out

I've played a couple of games over IRC mostly VtM. I could never get a session at my local time for what I wanted to play on Roll20. Also I've literally never played DnD.

Tuesday - Pretty much all day that's one of my days off, unless like Ek_0 said I'm at college.
Thursday - The same as Tuesday. Another day off.
Friday - Any time after 6pm GMT (1 pm Eastern if that helps).
Saturday - Wide open unless I have to go somewhere.
Sunday - Same as Saturday.

My Internet is cutting out for seemingly no reason, at indeterminable times during the night though, so I might drop out of a game without wanting to. It may or may not be fixed by the time we play.

I made a Rogue character alongside ek and I think it's done. If it's terrible it's because it's basically a patchwork of my own knowledge of making other game's seets, what ek told me you said and a bunch of web pages.
