I found this editor earlier in my ROM Hacking folder, you can still edit stuff but it's kinda hard to edit what you can't see. But it does look easy to use though, I do like the way you edit enemies by scrolling. The guy who made this editor goes by the name Don Dueck, who knows, maybe someone might pick up on this editor and finish it. Feel free to play around with it... And also, Emuz in credited in the credits.txt
