I've been through lots of hurricanes before, always been.... fun. To be fair none of them have been awful to ME, cause I live in only a "hurricane run off area", as I call it. Basically, all I get is heavy rain from the tail end of the hurricane. Sometimes REALLY heavy rain, but it's not New Orleans Katrina or anything.

I donated blood for the first time today. It went pretty well, considering my irrational fear of blood leaving my body. I was only bothered once, and that's when I saw her fill up the smaller vials. I could see the blood moving REALLY fast and filling them up super quickly. They weren't THAT small vials, so I was like "GAH SO MUCH BLOOD LEAVING MY BODY AAAAAA-" but I managed to calm myself down by looking away.

I noticed after walking to and from my room that I was way weaker than normal. And I'm NORMALLY PRETTY WEAK. At first I was fine, when I stood up I wasn't dizzy or sick or weak. I DID feel slow though. Everything I did just felt slow, and I couldn't speed myself up. It eventually evened itself out, but after I left my room to go to class, I found myself panting from exhaustion. Classes are only six blocks away! How the heck was I that tired? Oh blood giving, you crazy!

Also, I'm changing my text-tone on my phone to "Hey! Listen!".
