Well, the good thing is that it all ends when school ends. Then you have a nice Summer Break and you can rest. :3 But yeah :P, the workload can get pretty huge.

Meh, if it's OS2 1.3 we're talking about, I'd use VPC, but that's just me. >_>

Nah, it's Warp 4.52 ;) Can't get sound working, I tried both SoundBlaster 16 and Ensoniq/SB128... (oh yeah, I got the latter working on 95 and 98 Gold now)

In that case...

I've never managed to install it. >_>

So I don't have much experience with that. I guess it runs in Vmware much better than in VPC.

I've never used OS 2. I remember when it was posited as a viable alternative to Windows, but we never had it.

Seems to me it was more business oriented, as I've never heard of an OS 2 game.

So I tried to use Visi On.

Visi On is actually pretty hard to use, since the terminology is different from what people are used to and the whole user interface can be confusing at first. Using the right mouse button for important stuff doesn't help... but wait, Windows does that too. :P

OS/2 actually came with a variation of Mahjong Solitaire, Chess, and Klondike Solitaire :D (at least in the ISOs I have... amazingly, I could get it on the Internet, if only there's a fairly modern browser)

Well, yeah, it came with stuff. But I don't remember any third parties releasing OS 2 versions of their games along with the DOS and Windows versions.

I think they had Simcity for OS/2.

But other than that, yeah, there's not much variety.

On a slightly different topic, it seems I can't find any mirror of the original working "Windows 3.51 VMDK with HD Driver" online. I kept searching for this and I got nothing at all. The only links point to MegaUpload. >_>

This means, I could potentially reupload the file for the benefit of the community. :-3

And many sites protested.

For starters, drx's website (Hidden Palace) has taken down all the ROMs for that. :(

"Capitalist oppresors"? I'm pretty sure anti-internet corporatist/quasi-fascist oppressors who call themselves "capitalists" took it down.

"When fascism was coming to America", as people say, it was labeled with the acronyms "SOPA" and "PIPA" rather than with the Nazi Swastika.

You have to remember, in the late 90s there was a lot of talk about DMCA, COPPA, HIPAA and other laws that came as a result of the mass proliferation of the Internet ;) (of course, I do support the latter two, and the first does include a safe harbor... hence why you could dispute a claim on YouTube or other websites, I've seen YT channels get zapped due to false claims, such as chuggaconroy once)

Censoring the Swastika is nothing compared to censoring the SOPA or PIPA, as other people say.

But the Swastika is a true crime nowadays, so how does it relate to SOPA and PIPA at all, they weren't crimes, they were commandments.
