Very good question. I can't say one stands out but there are some pretty heavy contenders. Either Kirby's Dream Course or Skullgirls come to mind offhand.

There are a lot of games I play with cute elements to them, but very rarely to I play a whole game that I would consider "cute". It's all relative, I suppose.
