I remember when they raised the smoking age to 21 in NY, but it didn't stop people from crossing over the state line into MA or VT to buy cigarettes xD

It's like south of Scotland, people cross to North of England to buy alcohol. It's cheaper due to pricing laws being different.

Heh, I know someone who would always catch students with alcohol cans clanging around in their bookbags... they'd take the beer and drink it in the bathrooms (kinda like what some kids do with cigarettes)... bet the teachers would have thought it was just a Pepsi or a Monster or something if they heard a can clanging around
