I was a bit confused by this post at first since I've known of a hack that lets you play SM64 with multiplayer for a little while but this is really cool actually, the one I played only supported 2 players, one for Mario and Luigi.
I'll probably try this eventually but it will more than likely completely fail on me since I've had a bad experience any time I've wanted to play online multiplayer with any sort of emulator. I was failing to play on Kaillera servers with Yushe yesterday, takes a while before it works and you find a working server, however this relies on connecting to someone's IP as far as I know so it should work fine.  ____________________ Good riddance! |

@AtomicAstro Admittedly the system is very flawed as Kaillera relies on input lag to work or something.

Very interesting! I used to use Kaillera about 10 years ago to play lots of Super Smash Bros. online with friends I met on YouTube through, ironically enough, Super Mario 64 modding. It's also really surprising that emulation with one emulator can be paused while other emulators are still running and show the last position of your character to the others, similar to how modern online play works. |
